I brought my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer in for a oil change and to have the rear brake rotors inspected as they have deep grooves at 13800 miles. Still well within the 36000 mile Bumper to bumper warranty and no reference on the paperwork that this was done with the exception of a green check for the rear brakes?? How do they check ok with grooves in the rotors?? Also both key fobs quit working almost at the same time? The one that was never used that I thought was my back up was dead too?? Chrissy never batted a eye when I asked how they both could have dead batteries? The key fobs are covered within the bumper to bumper as a requirement to drive and I should not have been charged for batteries. I have almost 10,000 Chevy points that I asked to use and when it was time to pay it was not typed up to reflect that I requested to use my points so I just said screw it and paid with my credit card thinking that I had thoughts of keeping this low mileage car and come to a good dealership for maintenance. Well I guess I will have to find one….

My oil change went well but I was told I had a recall. The recall we going to be taken care of for me. Unfortunately after waiting 2.5 hours counting oil change I had to ask someone about my car. Apparently they did not do the update and my truck was just parked out back. Totally in acceptable. If Christy had not intervened who knows how long I would have waited. The update was never done!

I posted this on Google as well Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Money Grab I brought in my 2019 Silverado for well-documented transmission issues—delayed and harsh shifting, shuddering during acceleration and deceleration, slippage at highway speeds, and engine revving without acceleration. These aren’t mystery problems. They’re the same issues outlined in multiple GM service bulletins and now part of a pending class-action lawsuit against GM. The fix is well known: a transmission flush. Instead of acknowledging that and doing the obvious, the dealership insisted on performing a $147 diagnostic—despite the symptoms matching exactly what’s been described by GM and countless other Silverado owners. And to top it off, they didn’t even apply that diagnostic fee to the $400 flush bill. To me, a reputable dealership would say: “We’ve seen this before. A flush usually fixes it. Let’s try that first—if it doesn’t solve the issue, then we can look deeper.” But no—this place chose the route of unnecessary charges for something that clearly didn’t need diagnosing. They knew the flush would likely fix it and still charged me extra anyway. This feels like classic upselling masked as procedure, with no transparency or regard for customer trust. I left feeling taken advantage of and questioning their integrity. Buyer beware. If you're having known transmission issues, be prepared to pay for things you may not actually need—unless you push back.

I brought my 2013 chevy traverse in for an oil change and a check engine light was on. I stated that the check engine light was on but occasionally the stabiltrak light would come on and the cars speed would be reduced to 35 miles an hour. The report out was a new catalytic converter was required but they never addressed why the stabilitrack light was coming on and power reduced to the engine.

They were so helpful, not only did they do the oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled but they asked about other things like the washer blades that I hadn't even thought about. I felt it was "meant to be moments when I was asked if I would like to talk to a dealer. I had been worrying about turning in my leased car for about 6 months. I was assured that the best avenue for me was to purchase the car. What a relief and blessing that was. I was worried about expenses since I was getting medical bills I wasn't sure I could pay.
